Method of operation
The tacho generator, spun by the main engine which drives the metering auger, produces an electric signal whenever the engine changes its rotational speed for any reason.
The signal is sent to the electronic control device of the speed (inside the control panel) that immediately acts restoring the right speed. By this way the flow is regular in the log run, not affected neither by the amount of product into the hopper nor by the speed set. The bridges- breaker device allows the treatment of low flowing materials and makes easier the emptying of the hopper.
Technical features
Made in stainless steel AISI 304/316. Mirror polishing of all the parts in contact with the products treated. Powered by 220 V 50 Hz tension. Minimum output from 0,06 litres/hour. Accuracy based on consecutive one minute samples +/-1%. Hopper volume starting from2 litres. Flow range 1:100. Easy dismontable metering auger.
No periodical maintenance. Working time: 24 hours a day. All the dimensions of the hopper and of the output nozzle can be custom-made.
